About Our Founder
Smart Steps Daycare in La Mirada is a licensed facility founded by Ms. Prashadi Silva, an experienced educator with 13 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for working with children. As a loving mother of two, Ms. Silva brings a personal touch to our care.
